Project scope
Starting prices cover a focused, written scope. Requirements, deliverables, timing, and any third-party costs must be agreed before payment. Complex work requires a custom quotation accepted by the customer.
Payment
100% of the confirmed amount is payable upfront. Development starts only after trusted server-side payment verification. Gateway availability depends on merchant eligibility and supported jurisdictions.
Changes and delivery
Requests outside the agreed scope require a separate quotation. Delivery timing depends on the agreed requirements and timely customer feedback. Final files are provided through the private workspace.
Ownership and third-party materials
Source code and agreed project deliverables are transferred as set out in your accepted scope after full payment. Third-party libraries, services, and assets retain their own license terms.
Acceptable use and disputes
You must have permission to provide project materials and may not request unlawful or abusive software. Contact us about a dispute so it can be reviewed against the accepted scope. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
